How Can severe Arm Pain Along With Sore Neck Be Treated?

My collar bones have been protruding for quite awhile. I thought it was because I have lost weight but now they are hurting and affecting the use of my right arm. What could be the reason for this and is it serious? Could this also be affecting my neck being very sore also?

You didn't write your age so that the age related changes like Osteoarthritis or bony growths- Osteophytes could be excluded. They are the most common cause of pain from shoulder radiating to distal arm. Even if you have lost weight, the collar bones may protrude[Clavicles] but not so much as to cause nerve or blood vessel entrapment or pressure. I think it will be the bony growths only that are irritating your nerves. Just apply warm trusses and take some NSAIDs like Diclofenac or Brufen.
You'll be alright. Godspeed!
